Shipping Policy
Shipping is a necessary evil of online sales...we are a small company and we make every effort to ship the least expensive way possible which in our experience has been Canada Post. This option is also the most reliable for every part of the country.
Canada Post shipping rates are calculated live based on the weight and dimensions of the items you purchase. In some cases however, certain smaller items have set shipping rates based on the area of Canada you are in. If you are ordering multiples of one particular item we can certainly take a look at the order and see if there's a better way to ship to you. Please note orders to Newfoundland and Labrador may require additional shipping depending on which area of the province. Some items may ship directly from their distributor, for example Muddy Fowler calls.

We ship to all parts of Canada. In-stock merchandise will generally ship within 2 business days after placement of your order. If you are local to the Edmonton area you are welcome to pickup, providing arrangements have been made prior to your visit.
All orders are insured with the minimum insurance offered by the carrier at the time of shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of order. You may be required to sign for your shipment.
It is your responsibility to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. If any goods are damaged in shipment, it will be your responsibility to pursue a claim with the carrier.
If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
